Ordering Information:

*We REQUIRE 3- 5 weeks time to complete ALL orders.*

ALL items are made to order unless specified "In stock, ready to ship" in item description.

Orders must be paid in full before we begin making your item(s).

All handmade items will vary slightly from photos shown (i.e. exact color/exact shape.) Every effort is made to match the product as closely as possible.

We offer PRIMITIVES here folks! This means your goods will be extremely aged, stained, dark, dirty & grungy. Some items have holes & patches. Some items will be old and rusty, used and worn. Please feel free to email me to ask any questions, or request more photos of products if you are unsure.

Payment Information:

Payment methods include: All Credit Cards processed through PAYPAL, personal check, Money Order or Cashier's Check.

Sales tax applies to Washington State residents only at 8.4%.

To mail your check or money order please email me @ creeksidehollowprimitives@comcast.net for my mailing address.

If paying buy personal check or money order - payment must be made in full within 7 days of date of purchase. Otherwise your items will be relisted for sale.

All checks must clear our bank before an item can be made and/or sent. This usually takes 7-10 days.

**All NSF or Stop Payments on checks will incur a $30.00 charge**

Shipping Information:

Shipping charges are not included in the cost of our items. You will receive a separate invoice for your shipping charges. Packages cannot be shipped until shipping charges are paid! See below for estimates on shipping charges.

Packages will be shipped in the most cost effective manner. Most packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is not required - but it is HIGHLY recommended. We are not liable for lost/stolen or damaged packages/goods once it is turned over to the Post Office or other shipping service.

$200.01 or more, please add 15% of your order total. Heavy weight items such as wood and or multiple candles, may require additional monies for shipping. You will be notified in the event this may happen.

Returns and Exchanges:

Exchanges are welcomed only after approval by Creek Side Hollow Primitives and must be within 10 days of receipt of goods. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges to return merchandise. Shipping insurance must be purchased by the buyer when returning items.

**RETURNS are not permitted.**

Prices are subject to change without notice due to increased cost to produce the product, and time involved in making your item(s).
